How do we stop World War III from happening?

World War III is 10 major crisis all at once that will trigger nuclear
armageddon.  For example, if these crisis were to occur all at once in
the matter of 1-2 weeks:

* RACE RIOTS IN THE US - in every state, in every city due to the end of
affirmative action
* NUCLEAR BOMB EXPLODES IN US - terrorists explode a nuclear bomb on
some conservative city like Cincinatti, Salt Lake City or other place in
the U.S. where Republicans live
* ARABS ATTACK ISRAEL - Palestinians uprise while other Arab states
launch simultaneous attack
* NORTH KOREA NUKES SOUTH KOREA AND JAPAN
* CHINA ATTACKS TAIWAN
* IRAQ ATTACKS KUWAIT
* IRISH REPUBLICAN ARMY LAUNCH OFFENSIVE 
* IRAN CLOSES WATERWAY TO CUT OFF OIL EXPORT
* NUCLEAR BOMB EXPLODES IN WEST EUROPE
* RUSSIAN NATIONALISTS LAUNCH COUP AGAINST YELTSIN

Can the U.S. handle 10 major crisis all at once?

We must stop World War III.
